on serving golfers across North America. The site profiles 17,000 golf courses and offers duffers the opportunity to book tee-off times online. There is general info about the game, and a pro-shop is planned. The company was a popular exhibitor at a recent PGA International Trade Show in Las vegas where people lined up three and four deep to check it out. The Golf Channel and FOX Sports showed up to talk to company executives. On Nov. 12th the company announced that Yorkton Securities would issue and sell 3,335,000 special warrants at a price of $3.50 per special warrant for gross proceeds of $11,672,500. On Nov. 19th the company announced an agreement with Sabre Technologies which provides information 42,000 travel consultants. The company was formerly Somerville Capital Group and officially started trading as Book4golf.com on October 14, 1999.
