ELI Eco Logic Inc.

Incorporated in 1987, ELI Eco Logic Inc. has been active in developing a patented hazardous waste destruction process called the Eco Logic Process.

An alternative to incineration, the Eco Logic Process employs gas-phase chemical reduction to convert toxic organic wastes such as PCBs and dioxins into reusable or harmless disposable products.

The company has demonstrated its technology in trial and/or full scale operations in Canada, the U.S., Japan and Australia, where it is, in fact, the dominant provider of hazardous waste remediation services at its Kwinana facility.

Since the end of the cold war, the United States has been committed to destroying its stockpile of chemical weapons. The company has been actively promoting its services for this task, including tests on napalm.

In October 2000, the company announced the successful completion of the Test and Demonstration phase of the Gas Phase Chemical Reduction process for the US Assembled Chemical Weapons Assessment (ACWA) program. ACWA is seeking alternatives to incineration for the destruction of mustard gas and other nerve agents.

ELI Eco Logic has had a checkered stock market performance, soaring to over $20 after its IPO in 1987 and declining to a recent low in the thirty cent range in October 1999. The stock has since been on a desultory climb back.

The company reported a second consecutive quarter of positive earnings and a 53% increase in revenues for the period ending June 30, 2000.
