| As TKN Interactive
Marketing Systems Ltd., eStation developed its
eStation™ electronic commerce software which
faciltates business transactions through free-standing
kiosks in public locations. In September 1998 they signed a five year agreement with Showstar Entertainment Corporation to have Showstar market entertainment related goods and services through eStation kiosks eventually to be in 8000 movie theaters across North America. In February 1999, TKN acquired Martinet Development Corp., an e-commerce solutions provider, to facilitate bringing the eStation concept to the Internet. Subsequently the company concluded agreements with Neoproducts and Northern Media Solutions to further promote the eStation concept. But the big deal was an agreement in May 1999 with NCR to use eStation software as a value added product for NCR's self-service terminals. Shortly after that TKN changed its name to eStation.com. The company's objective is to have its software installed in 10,000 kiosks across North America within three years. In May 2000 the company concluded an agreement to acquire E-Cash Services Inc. of Vancouver. E-Cash develops web-enabled ABMs and other self-service devices. E-Cash concluded an agreement with Canada Post to install ABMs in selected Post Offices in June 2000. The quarterly report to March 31, 2000 showed the company without revenues and expenditures more than doubled. But the loss per share remained constant at $0.01 a share as more shares were issued with additional financing. Shares Outstanding:
