| Founded in August 1999 as an Internet
Incubator for business-to-business (B2B) companies,
Entreplex Technology was launched as an IPO on March 21,
2000. Shortly after that, it completed an acquisition agreement with ClubSpeed Systems Inc., which operates ivr.net, a B2B firm offering two services - an online tee time booking service for golf courses, and an invoicing service. The relationship between ClubSpeed and Entreplex is a close one as both CEO Bob Blackshaw and Chief Financial Officer Jon Constable of Entreplex hold the same positions with privately held ClubSpeed. Blackshaw and Vice President Denis Demco were both formerly veeps with Zi Corporation. In January, ClubSpeed announced a strategic alliance with GolfSwitch LLC, a company that operates a VSAT private network. GolfSwitch serves over 250 golf courses across North America. As of June 9, 2000, ivr.net's tee time booking service had three U.S. and eight Canadian golf courses signed up. These companies will have their facilities join GolfSwitch's inventory of course tee-up times. Entreplex will be looking to make acquisitions of other suitable companies as it grows. It uses the book Customers.com by Patricia Sebold as its guiding strategy. Shares Outstanding: 3,225,000
