| Infowave is a well
established software development company with two
distinct divisions - Imaging and Wireless. Its Imaging Division is focused on its award-winning PowerPrint software packages that enable Apple computers to use PC printers. The most recent release V 5.0, is the first to enable other peripherals such as scanners and fax machines as well. With the success of the iMac computer, selling at the rate of ten a minute in Apple's last quarter of 1999, Infowave's stock took off along with its sales. At the Macworld Expo in January 2000, the software sold like hotcakes, sparking a further rise in share price. Kevin Jampole, Infowave's VP of sales and marketing puts it well. "There's no question Apple's success is our success." But that's only half the story. Infowave also has its Wireless Division. Its Infowave for Exchange is a leading software product for connecting people wirelessly to their Microsoft Exchange messaging system. In September 1999 the company introduced Symmetry, jointly developed with Glenayre Technologies. This intelligent PC software connects your existing pager or PCS phone to your desktop Outlook email, contacts, schedule and task lists. The company is followed by Canaccord Capital's Paul Bradley and has long been a favorite stock pick of The Inner Circle's Bill Ridley. Shares Outstanding: 17,891,176
