effective July 22 to Actfit.com. It publishes interactive
fitness programs on CD-ROM and manages the largest
inter-active fitness site on the Internet, Actfit.com. Tom DiBenedetto, a partner in the Boston Red Sox baseball club, was recently brought on board as a member of Actfit's Advisory Board as it prepares to expand its sports presence on the Intenet. The company has been recommended for some time by the Inner Circle's Bill Ridley. Shares Outstanding: 19,900,000
