| With the launch of
its website on August 12th, 1999, medEra Life Science
Corporation finally arrived and started to achieve its
goals. The brainchild of President and CEO Dr. Michael Pezim, a surgeon trained in Canada, England and at the Mayo Clinic, the site promises to provide ongoing medical news and information online. It has over fifty doctors from across the continent as advisors. Some have already compared the site favorably to the well-known Dr. Koop site. The website was recently profiled on the CNBC television program ".com" hosted by Mark Hamill of Star Wars fame in a segment called Reliable Healthcare Information Online. Dr. Pezim is no stranger to the world of business. He has been a director of over fifteen public companies. He got his business savvy from his father, the late flamboyant Vancouver stock promoter, Murray Pezim. In late July, Terry O'Donovan, formerly Director of Corporate Communications at WIC International Broadcasting, joined the company as Vice-President, Corporate Communications. The company has offices in Vancouver and in San Francisco and is traded on the OTC as well as on the CDNX. On January 4, 2000 the company changed its name to Medbroadcast Corporation. Shares Outstanding: 13,100,000 approx.
