business software (including e-commerce solutions) with
offices in Canada, the U.S., Australia and Britain. Head
office is in Vancouver, B.C. Clients include such well-known names as Siemens, BankBoston, Travelers Insurance, Virgin Records, and Pennzoil Its products include Entice! front office e-business solutions, ecBuilder e-commerce Web systems, Maximizer Enterprise sales and customer management software, and Maximizer contact managers. In March 1999 its ecBuilder software was recognized as Best Internet Commerce Software at the SIIA Codie Awards. In June ecBuilder was awarded a four star rating in PC/Computing Magazine. The stock was recommended as a speculative buy by Pat McKeough's Stock Pickers Digest while it was still trading on the Canadian Dealing Network. And then in November, its new version of Entice! won the Best Enterprise Productivity Software award at the Fall COMDEX show in Las Vegas.
