| NETgraphe started
out in March 1995 by launching French language web portal
La Toile du
Québec, which quickly became the number one site in
Quebec. The company refers to it as Quebec's answer to
Yahoo. With its growth, the company incorporated in May 1996 and spread out into other areas - developing new specialty French language websites and providing a variety of Internet related services including corporate website design, electronic commerce, specialized database interface development and electronic catalogues. Other websites launched by NETgraphe include three business portals Le Web Financier, Économédia, and Jobboom as well as Mégagiciel, a guide to freeware, shareware and demo ware on the Net, technology portal Multimédium and interactive community portal InfiniT.com. These sites have a combined viewer traffic of 6.5 million visitors a month. And now the company is expanding its reach to French speaking countries in Europe as well. In July 1999 NETgraphe became the first Quebec Internet company to go public through a reverse takeover of Ressources Cristobal Inc. It trades on the TSE as WWW. Quebec media giants TVA Groupe and Vidéotron Communications own 54% of the company. Shares Outstanding: 83,401,241
