| Established in
1995, Net Nanny® was one of the pioneering companies on
the Internet. It developed the first software package to
let parents safeguard their children's web surfing by
filtering unsavory elements from the Net. The software can monitor and block specified sites, prevent misuse of personal information and even prevent the threat of stalking by strangers in chat rooms. Since then, Net Nanny has gone on to develop other security and monitoring programs including PC Nanny® which prevents unauthorized access to personal files on your computer; and NNPro™ - a professional version of Net Nanny for employers who want to monitor and/or restrict employee access to the Internet. Most promising is BioPassword® - a proprietary software package that enhances password secured areas by analysing the user's unique keystroke dynamics. The password alone is not enough to gain access to the restricted area. This technology was licensed in June 2000 by Musicrypt.com of Toronto, an online music vendor, to ensure copyright protection for artists represented. With the controversy and lawsuits surrounding Napster, the MP3 sharing utility, intellectual property protection is being looked at very carefully. If BioPassword becomes extensively popular as a means of safeguarding copyrights on the Internet, Net Nanny stands to profit handsomely. Third quarter results to Mar. 31, 2000 show a decline in revenues of 4% and increased loss per share from $0.07 to $0.08. The company attributes the decline in sales to destocking of Net Nanny V3.1 in anticipation of the release of Net Nanny 4. Increased costs associated with the move of the company's head office contributed to the increased loss. The company is international in scope with its head office recently moved from Vancouver, B.C. to Bellevue, Washington. It trades on the Berlin Stock Exchange as NNY, as well as on the CDNX and OTC BB. Shares Outstanding: 21,830,000
