Oxford Properties Group is one of Canada's largest commercial real estate companies. It directly owns 24 million square feet of prime real estate in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal and manages a further 36 million square feet throughout Canada. Properties managed include the Royal Bank towers and over two dozen other properties in Toronto and almost two dozen properties in Montreal including Place du Canada.

Oxford also owns an interest in 8 suburban shopping centers and 4 downtown shopping complexes. Oxford subsidiary, Perimis Properties, is a property management and leasing specialist.

The company was founded in 1960 by G. Donald Love with just $300. Today it has a market cap of over billion dollars. Over the years the company has built, bought and sold numerous properties. It acquired Marathon Realty in 1996. In recent years it formed two investment funds, the Canadian Partners Funds 1 and 2. 1998 saw the company merge with Burcon Properties and Concord Pacific.

In 2000, Oxford joined the digital age and established 310-maxx, a web-based customer service customer response system to manage its diverse holdings.
