| Stox.com has carved out a nice niche for
itself providing online financial services for brokers,
banks and other financial institutions. Its premier
product is stox.Broker™, a turnkey Internet trading
and financial management platform for brokerages. The company was established in 1994 as Stox InfoLink Systems providing real time stock quotes to commercial clients in Western Canada by cable, radio, television, satellite and telephone. With the advent of the Internet, it shifted its focus to this new medium. In the last year it has brought in a new management team to lead it into the future. The team includes some high powered Internet specialists including Scott Blue who played a major role in developing BC Telephone's Sympatico Internet Service. Scott is Stox.com's CEO. Another key member of the team is John Tran who led the team that implemented BCTV's TVforBC website. With the assistance of Cisco Systems, the company completed the first phase of its private international data network connecting all the major North American stock exchanges and the company's offices in New York and Vancouver in September 1999. The company is in the process of launching its new and revised website which it will promote as a leading portal for financial information for the general public. A delayed version of the site will be free to users. Real-time services will be available at a modest cost. Shares Outstanding: 6,249,391
