In order to help Canadians investing professionals and interested parties develop contacts within the Canadian investment community, we have established our new Networking page. Additionally, we have live chat facilities for interested parties that may want to coordinate a cross-country meeting on the Internet. As the chat we had with Jonathan Chevreau on Monday shows, such a conference can faciltate brainstorming and discussion from your desk with associates around the country and even the world. It costs you nothing.
If I am notified ahead of time, I can reserve the Chat Room for your group and arrange to have a transcript recorded for you. The Chat Room also has a Private Chat function. Currently reading: I recently received a review copy of Paul Lermitte's Allowances, Dollars and Sense: A Proven System for Teaching Your Kids About Money. That may take a few weeks to get to. But you may want to check out his new Making Allowances website in the meantime. It is a superb site for kids based on Paul's book.
